Elaine and Mark were married on Saturday at St Margarets Church, Warnham followed by a reception at Gatton Manor near Dorking. The day was great fun thanks to lots of advance planning by the couple. The Bridal party was taken to the church in four lovely cars, a Porsche 911, a Triumph Stag, a Jaguar and Elaine arrived at the Church in a Ferarri Daytona. It was quite an eyecatching sight in the leafy lanes of Surrey.
The rain held off at the reception until everyone was safely inside for dinner so we were able to make use of the beautiful gardens and lakes at the venue for group photographs and portraits of Elaine and Mark. It was great having another couple who were up for a bit of fun!

Pink was the theme of the day

The ceremony was packed and the service featured a live band which made it really special

They both looked pretty happy afterwards!

Wedding photography notes
This wedding was photographed on location in the south of England. Every venue shapes the day in its own way, and the photography is a response to the building, the light and the people in front of me.
The photography of any wedding is a response to the venue, the light and the people in front of me. I work in a documentary style for most of the day and carve out a short portrait session around golden hour, which almost always produces the album’s hero images.
