Heritage Portrait Photography

Heritage Portrait Photography is our latest style of portrait.  Heritage portraits capture the essence of a person and incorporates their life and background so it essentially tells a story about the person in a single image.  These beautiful images are ideally suited to the older generation as they are done at their home with their surroundings and belongings being part of the photograph. Heritage portraits are a fantastic way to create memories for future generations.  Each session will take around an hour as I take time to get to know the  person I am photographing and spend time arranging the location in such a way as to include as much information about them as I can.

This image is of Harold.  Harold was in the Merchant Navy during the second World War and his family are really important to him.  As a hobby, Harold makes kneelers for his local church and you can see his current kneeler on the sofa beside him.

Heritage portrait sessions cost £175 and include the shoot and a beautiful 12″ x 8″ framed print from the session.
