Luxury wedding photography
When researching wedding photography you come across all sorts of different styles and types of photographers. My style of photography is contemporary with a touch of fashion, dramatic and creative images that make people stop and think WOW. All of these photos are taken on the real wedding day with a minimum of intrusion on the day itself.
This photograph was taken at Lancing College chapel 10 minutes after the end of the wedding ceremony, The Chapel looks more like a cathedral with its amazing vaulted ceiling and intricate stonework. I worked fast to setup the bride in an elegant pose that mirrored the beauty of the building itself, her wedding dress was amazing and really worked well in surroundings to create a dramatic wedding photograph that ended up being a full page image in their wedding album.
Cutting of the cake from the top of The Gerkin (30 St Mary Axe) I love to look for a different viewpoint and this was taken by hanging over the edge of the balcony with a wide angle lens so I could get all of the cityscape of London below us in the frame.
