Heavy rain and strong winds gave way to sunshine yesterday for Helen and Andy’s wedding at the Holy Trinity Church at Colemans Hatch followed by a marquee reception at the family home. We had photographed Helen’s sister, Rebecca’s marriage to James five years ago and it was lovely to catch up with the family once again. Helen arrived at the church in a carriage pulled by two gorgeous palomino horses and as if by magic as she arrived, the sun made it’s first appearance of the day and remained out until later in the evening. The marquee was absolutely stunning overlooking the garden and the pond where Andy proposed to Helen after 10 years together. We had a wonderful day both photographing and filming for them and we are looking forward to catching up after their safari honeymoon.

About Colemans Hatch
Colemans Hatch is a distinctive wedding venue that brings its own character to the day. Every venue shapes the photography in its own way, and part of my approach is to work with whatever the building and the grounds offer rather than against them.
