Wow were we lucky with the weather on this day! it had rained for a week solid in Scotland and then for another week the day after but it was a beautiful warm summers day at Loch Green Hotel on the day of their wedding. After a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the lawn we jumped into their wedding car and headed off to the beach for some photos of just the two of them.
They had laid on some brilliant old fun fair games for their guest to amuse themselves with during the champagne and canapés. During the speeches Kevin announced that Nicole loved the sound of the saxophone and he had been secretly learning to play it for months and gave her a rendition of Baker Street much to everyones delight. I had a brilliant time photographing their wedding and wish them all the best for the future in Amsterdam where they live and work.

About Loch Green Hotel Scotland
Loch Green Hotel Scotland combines the polish of a dedicated hotel wedding venue with the warmth of somewhere that functions as a hotel day in, day out. Rooms for guests to stay over, bar service that doesn’t miss a beat and reception spaces that have seen enough weddings to run smoothly.
Hotel weddings run smoothly in a way that suits how I like to photograph a day — the staff have seen it all before, the rooms are set up for the moves between ceremony, drinks and dinner, and couples can relax into it rather than managing the logistics themselves. That relaxation always shows in the pictures.
