Davinia and Luke were married at the beautiful St Michael’s church in Amberley by not one but two vicars. David the regular Parish Priest was joined by one of Davinia’s closest friends from University in Glasgow. It is always lovely when couples can celebrate in this way as it gives added meaning to the ceremony. The rain did not stop Davinia and Luke leaving the church in a stunning open topped DB9 complete with a new accessory coming soon to Aston Martin showrooms everywhere! Fortunately the rain stopped during the reception at the family home, which meant we were able to use the amazing gardens for group photographs. The evening kicked off with some hilarious speeches, this is certainly the first time for me I have heard a duck giving a speech…….. Hog roast and a very energetic Celidh rounded off what was a really enjoyable day. I am looking forward to catching up with Davinia and Luke when they return from their honeymoon.

About Amberley
Amberley is a distinctive wedding venue that brings its own character to the day. Every venue shapes the photography in its own way, and part of my approach is to work with whatever the building and the grounds offer rather than against them.
