Wow, what can we say! We were fortunate to photograph Dawn and Mark’s wedding yesterday in The Tower of London. Mark’s father is a Beefeater and so they were able to marry in The Chapel Royal of St Peter ad Vincula within the Tower walls and the reception was held in the Royal Armouries. Mark and Dawn are a lovely couple and totally up for photographs and with the amazing location we were spoiled for choice!
Dawn wore a beautiful tiara from the Crown Jewel collection.

Mark and his Groomsmen on the bowling green in the Tower moat.

Beefeaters played a big part in the day wearing their ceremonial red uniforms. They collected Dawn from the house.

Escorted her through the Tower to the Chapel accompanied by a Scottish piper.

Stood guard throughout the ceremony.

And provided a Guard of Honour at the end of the service.

The Tower of London looks fantastic at night – the Chapel in which they married.

We wish Dawn and Mark every happiness for their future lives together.
About The Tower of London
The Tower of London is the kind of urban wedding venue that tells you, the moment you walk in, that this isn’t going to be a traditional country-house day. Strong architecture, modern interiors and city views set a very different tone.
I love how city venues hold light at the end of the day. Glass buildings reflect the last of the sun, restaurant interiors come alive under their own warm lighting, and evening portraits take on a glow that country venues simply can’t match.
