About Nutfield Priory

Nutfield Priory is a Victorian Gothic mansion in Surrey built to resemble a medieval priory, sitting high on Nutfield Ridge with views across the Weald. The dramatic architecture — turrets, stained glass and carved stone — gives every photograph a sense of theatre, and the sloping grounds open onto the surrounding countryside.

The scale of a venue like this means I can move through the day without ever feeling rushed or on top of the guests. Wide reception rooms, long corridors and the grounds outside give me space to work both close and at distance — which is how you end up with an album that has real variety in it.
