It was our first ever wedding at Great Fosters yesterday and what a beautiful venue it is! The sun was shining for the wedding of Babak and Ronak who were celebrating the traditional Iranian wedding ceremony in the Orangery, which is blessed with the most wonderful natural light. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks and traditional fruits and pastries in the gardens and Painted Hall while we captured some signature images around the hotel and grounds as well as candid photographs of the guests enjoying the day. The wedding meal was served in the grand Tithe Barn followed by very funny and moving speeches from the Groom, Best Man, Fathers of the Bride and Groom and the Bride’s sister. The music and dancing at Iranian weddings is always great fun to see as everyone from the youngest to the oldest get on the dance floor! We had a fantastic day with Babak and Ronak and wish them all the best for the future.
